It is more than a brand; it is an embrace between families and a tribute to the collective soul of Panamanian coffee. The journey begins at Finca La Valentina (at 1,500–1,650 meters above sea level), where they meticulously hand-pick only the most ripe Geisha cherries. Once harvested, the cherries are immediately transported to the wet mill. Here, they are depulped to remove theouter skin. Following the washing process, the coffee is transferred to raised African drying beds.
