The estate comprises three distinct cultivation plots: "Gladys," established in 1914 by Gabriel Diano (the second generation of the family to settle in Panama) at an altitude of 1,200–1,300 meters in the Bajo Mono area; "Gran Paraiso," situated along the Caldera Valley at 1,300–1,400 meters, where varieties such as Typica, Caturra, Catuai, and the exotic Java are grown; and the highest plot, "La Fortuna" (1,500–1,600 meters), where Geisha and Typica are cultivated in the shade of dense avocado trees.
