At the Mi Finquita farm—managed by Ratibor Hartmann—they exclusively source and offer top-quality lots personally selected by the team. Joining the project are Mario Fonseca, representing Hacienda Mil Cumbres (where Hartmann oversees coffee production), and Mauricio Shattah of Shattah Coffee, representing Finca La Negrita in the Tolima region of Colombia.
