Colombia El Alto Washed コロンビア エル アルト ウォッシュド Nuts, Black tea, Hints of citrus ナッツ、ブラックティー、ほんのりシトラス ナリーニョ県はコロンビアの最も南に位置する産地で、ほとんどの農家が標高2,000m前後の山中にあります。標高が高いため朝晩の寒暖差がよりはっきりとしており、この寒暖差が一層はっきりした柑橘系のフレーバーをもたらします。1haに満たない農園が数多いナリーニョは農協としてJAS認証の取得が難しいエリアですがアリアンサ・カフェはJASと品質を両⽴する優秀な農協です。農協長のロベルト氏が細やかで丁寧な指導を行い信頼を築いており組織力のある農協で、彼に選任されたリーダーたちが月1回は担当エリアを回って加盟農園の状況や栽培についてヒアリング、相談を受けることで組織の協調性と品質が向上しています。他県の農協とも交流しており、売上アップや品質向上のために研修や勉強会を積極的に開いています。加盟農園の土壌は腐葉土に微生物が生まれミミズがいきいきと生息したフカフカの養分ある状態にしっかり管理されています。 ーーーーー Nariño is Colombia's southernmost coffee-producing region, with most farms nestled in the mountains at an altitude of around 2,000 meters. The high altitude results in pronounced temperature differences between morning and evening, resulting in even more pronounced citrus flavors. Nariño, with many farms smaller than 1 hectare, is an area where it is difficult for agricultural cooperatives to obtain JAS certification. However, Alianza Café excels, achieving both JAS certification and quality. The cooperative's president, Roberto, provides meticulous and thorough guidance, building trust and fostering organizational strength. His appointed leaders visit their assigned areas once a month to hear from and consult with member farms about their current status and cultivation practices, improving organizational coordination and quality. The cooperative also interacts with agricultural cooperatives in other prefectures, actively hosting training and study sessions to increase sales and improve quality. The soil at member farms is carefully maintained in a fluffy, nutritious state, where microorganisms thrive in the leaf mold and earthworms thrive.
