Blessed with an ideal environment featuring a cool climate, volcanic soil, and abundant spring water, the farm ensures meticulous environmental and quality management through the use of organic fertilizers and the preservation of natural forests. Only fully ripe red cherries are carefully handpicked, processed using traditional washed methods, and sun-dried to produce high-quality coffee. The Malawi Geisha variety, originally from Malawi, was introduced to the farm by the owner's friend. This variety is characterized by its small beans and distinctive dark red color when fully ripe. As this rare and nearly extinct variety is cultivated on a limited scale, great effort is made to preserve it. It is a symbol of the farm's dedication to upholding tradition while striving for innovation.
