Surrounded by forest and weather that reminded him of his home country, he began his legacy importing Brangus cattle. Later on, moved by his father’s passion, Ricardo (R.I.P), Carl, Peter and Michael Janson took over the business and officially founded Janson Coffee.The Janson Coffee farm is located in Volcan, Chiriqui, and has an average altitude between 1,350 and 1,700 masl. The land combines planting areas with 200 hectares of a private nature reserve, including wetlands, a vital habitat for a large variety of birds and wildlife.
